Kachamuritsa was born in the search for the perfect cheese for spreading, but without dry milk, artificial additives, fillers or thickeners - just full-fat goat's milk produced in-house, starter and nothing else. We use about 2 litres of full-fat goat's milk per 100g of finished product! The texture of Kachamurica Kozarev is extremely fluffy and airy, with a deep buttery-milky aftertaste. A product for true connoisseurs of quality gourmet products.
