Yoghurt "Kozarev" contains only full-fat goat milk, own production with controlled quality, starter and nothing else. Yes, many of you will notice that our milk is rarer than other commercial milks. That's because we don't use any additives to thicken it. We present it to you in its purest, most natural and wholesome form. The production of yoghurt in our land is so ancient that there is virtually no written evidence of when it began. This ancient product is the most famous Bulgarian food nowadays, which makes the country famous all over the world for its taste and healing properties. That is why we have decided to preserve the authenticity of the product by using only full-fat, quality-controlled, own-produced goat's milk and lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus.

For excellent results - leave the yogurt out of the fridge for 5-10 minutes before consumption.
